1. Asbestos Survey

We use advanced equipment such as fiber-scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and polarized light microscopy (PLM) to accurately identify asbestos fibers and determine their concentration.

Based on the survey results, we develop a comprehensive asbestos management plan that outlines the scope of work, the safety measures, and the estimated cost.

2. Preparation

Once we have a plan in place, we begin preparing the site for the removal process. We ensure that all occupants and workers are informed of the asbestos removal work and that appropriate safety measures are in place, such as barricading the area, providing personal protective equipment (PPE), and installing air filtration systems.

3. Removal

During the removal process, our technicians carefully and systematically remove the asbestos-containing materials using wet removal and encapsulation techniques. We use specialized HEPA-filtered vacuum systems to capture all asbestos fibers and prevent them from spreading.

We ensure that all asbestos-containing materials are properly contained and transported to a licensed waste facility for disposal.

4. Clearance Testing

After the removal work is completed, we conduct a thorough post-removal inspection and clearance testing to ensure that all asbestos fibers have been removed from the site. We use analytical techniques such as air sampling and surface testing to verify that the site is safe for reoccupation.
