Asbestos surveys are an essential part of asbestos management. They help to identify the location, type, and condition of any asbestos present in a building. We offer two kinds of asbestos surveys: management surveys and refurbishment and demolition surveys.

Asbestos Management Surveys are a crucial first step in managing asbestos in your building. The survey is designed to identify ACMs (asbestos containing materials) that may be present in your building. Our surveyors will inspect your building in detail and take samples where necessary. These samples are then sent to an AIHA accredited lab so that they can be analysed to determine whether they contain asbestos. Once the survey is complete, we will provide you with a detailed report outlining the condition of any ACMs identified in your building, as well as recommendations on how to manage the asbestos.

Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys are more extensive than management surveys. They are required prior to any refurbishment or demolition work being carried out in a building. These surveys are designed to identify all ACM's present in the building. Our surveyors will inspect all areas of the building, including those that may not be accessed during normal use. We will take samples of any suspicious materials and send them to a lab for analysis. Once the survey is complete, we'll provide you with a detailed report outlining the location, type, and condition of any ACMs identified in your building.
