Management Survey

During a management survey, our surveyors will identify the location, type, and condition of any ACMs. We will also assess the risk of exposure and provide recommendations for managing and monitoring the asbestos.

Refurbishment Survey

A refurbishment survey is carried out before any refurbishment or major construction work takes place in a building. The survey is designed to identify any ACMs that may be disturbed or damaged during the works.

During a refurbishment survey, our surveyors will identify all ACMs within the areas where refurbishment work is planned. We will also assess the condition and risk of exposure of the ACMs and provide recommendations for their safe removal or management.
