• Refurbishment and Demolition Survey - This survey is carried out before any refurbishment or demolition projects. It involves a thorough inspection of the whole building to identify the presence of asbestos and to ensure that it is safely removed before any works start.
• Re-inspection Survey - This survey is conducted regularly to determine the condition of the asbestos materials in the property and to make the necessary changes in the management plan to prevent exposure to asbestos.
