Our Asbestos Surveys

We offer two types of asbestos surveys to cater to your needs.

Management Surveys

If you're a homeowner, landlord, or business owner, our management surveys are the perfect solution for you. They are non-intrusive and are designed to find any ACMs in your property and assess their condition.

Our surveyors will take samples of any suspected materials and send them to a UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis. They'll also take photographs and detailed notes of the location and condition of any ACMs found.

Based on the findings of the survey, we'll provide you with a management plan, which includes recommendations for managing any ACMs found. This plan will form the basis for your ongoing asbestos management strategy and ensure that you're compliant with HSE regulations.

Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys

If you're planning to carry out refurbishment or demolition works in your property, you'll need a refurbishment/demolition survey. These surveys are more intrusive than management surveys, as we'll need to access all areas of your property where the works are planned.

Our surveyors will take samples of all suspected materials, including hidden spaces such as ceiling voids and floor voids. They'll also take photographs and detailed notes of the location and condition of any ACMs found.

Based on the findings of the survey, we'll provide you with a detailed report, including recommendations for managing any ACMs found. This report will ensure that you can proceed with the works in a safe and compliant manner.
