Survey

Asbestos surveys are essential to identify any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) present in your property. The asbestos survey can be classified into two types: Management Survey and Refurbishment/Demolition Survey. The Management Survey is carried out to identify ACMs that may be present in the property and manage is appropriately. The Refurbishment/Demolition Survey is carried when the property is to be refurbished/demolished or when the materials have to be disturbed during maintenance, repair or other work.

Samples

At Affordable Asbestos Removal Devon, we take samples of materials that are suspected to contain asbestos. We then send the samples to a UKAS accredited laboratory for further analysis, which helps us in identifying the presence or absence of asbestos in the material.
