Stage 2: Sampling

Using the latest equipment, our team will collect samples for analysis from the suspect materials identified in Stage 1. This process is undertaken with minimal disturbance, minimizing any risks to you and your property.

Stage 3: Analysis

We will send the collected samples to a UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis, which includes determining whether asbestos is present and, if so, what type of asbestos and the extent of contamination.

Stage 4: Report

On receiving the analysis report from our laboratory, we will provide you with a detailed report outlining the findings and any remedial action we recommend, if necessary.

What Happens if Asbestos Is Found in Your Property?

If asbestos is detected in your property, it does not necessarily mean it must be removed. If the materials are in good condition and undisturbed, they may be left in place, and you only need to monitor them for any signs of wear and tear. We will provide you with guidance on how to manage any asbestos-containing materials identified in your property effectively.

If the identified asbestos-containing materials are damaged, old, or need replacing, we will recommend their removal by our reliable and experienced asbestos removal team. Our team members are trained and licensed to dispose of these hazardous materials safely.
