Asbestos Survey

An asbestos survey is a comprehensive inspection of your property to identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials. Our team will conduct a visual inspection of your property and take samples from different areas, which will be tested in our laboratory. We offer two types of asbestos surveys:

• Management Survey: This survey is designed to locate and identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials that may be disturbed during normal occupancy of a building.

• Refurbishment and Demolition Survey: This survey is required before any refurbishment or demolition work can take place. It is a more intrusive survey that involves destructive inspection, and is designed to identify all asbestos-containing materials within a building.
