Asbestos Survey

An asbestos survey is a detailed inspection of your property to identify any asbestos-containing materials. Its a legal requirement if youre responsible for maintenance or repairs of non-domestic buildings, such as offices, factories or public buildings. Asbestos Testing

We offer two types of asbestos testing: bulk sampling and air monitoring. Bulk sampling involves taking samples of any suspected ACM, such as pipe insulation or ceiling tiles, and sending them to a UKAS-accredited laboratory for analysis. Air monitoring involves measuring the fibers in the air in and around your property to determine whether theres a risk of exposure.
