Asbestos Management Surveys

These are comprehensive surveys that identify and assess the presence and condition of any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in your premises. Our trained and certified assessors will conduct a thorough inspection of your building, collect samples of suspected ACMs, and send them to our accredited laboratory for analysis.

The results of the asbestos management survey will include a detailed report with information on the type, location, condition and risk level of any asbestos found in your premises. We will also provide you with recommendations on the appropriate action to take, such as labeling, encapsulating, sealing, or removing the ACMs.

Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys

If you are planning to renovate or demolish your premises, you will need to conduct an asbestos refurbishment and demolition survey. This survey is more intrusive than the management survey, as it involves breaking into walls, floors, and ceilings to determine the presence of hidden ACMs.

Our refurbishment and demolition surveyors will work closely with you, your contractor and other stakeholders to ensure that any asbestos is identified and safely removed before the refurbishment or demolition work begins. We will provide you with a detailed report that meets the legal requirements of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Asbestos Sample Collection and Analysis

If you suspect that you have ACMs in your premises and you want to confirm whether they contain asbestos, we can collect samples and send them to our accredited laboratory for analysis. Our asbestos specialists will follow all required safety procedures to collect the samples, and we will keep you informed of the progress and results of the analysis.
