What a Typical Visit Looks Like

• Quoting & Inspection: You can send us a couple of clear photos and rough measurements over the phone for a rapid ballpark figure, or we will pop round in person to check the timber purlins, rafters, and access route at no cost.
• Safe Dismantling: On the morning of the job, our operatives arrive in full PPE and respiratory gear. We damp down corrugated cement sheets or internal tiles to suppress airborne fibres, unbolt or carefully release the fixings without breaking the boards, and wrap everything in heavy-duty UN-approved polythene.
• Re-Roofing & Weatherproofing: If we are rebuilding your garage or outbuilding roof, we strip and re-roof on the same day so your belongings are never left exposed overnight. We fit treated timber battens, anti-condensation steel profile sheets or modern flat roofing, plus fresh uPVC fascias and rainwater guttering.
• Clean-Up & Consignment Note: We vacuum down ledges and floor areas, load all sealed waste directly onto our vehicle, and issue your official hazardous waste consignment note so you have proof of legal disposal for future property sales.
