Management Survey

Our Management Surveys include a full examination and report of the asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) within your building. We will check for any damage or potential damage, label the materials found, and provide an estimate of the risk if the material were to be disturbed. Once the survey is complete, we will provide a detailed report, outlining the findings, management recommendations and an asbestos register for future reference.

Refurbishment/Demolition Survey

Our Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys are more extensive than our Management Surveys. Every area, nook, and cranny of the building will be inspected for asbestos. Samples will be taken from each area, and the results analyzed in a UKAS approved laboratory. We will then provide a detailed report, outlining the findings and recommendations for safe asbestos removal.
