Asbestos Surveys

We carry out two types of asbestos surveys: Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys.

The management survey is a non-intrusive visual inspection of the premises to identify any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) that could be a potential hazard to anyone using the building. The survey includes sampling and testing of any suspected ACMs.

The Refurbishment/Demolition survey is carried out when a building is undergoing renovation or demolition. It is a more invasive survey that involves access to all areas of the building, both above and below ground level, to identify and manage any ACMs that might be disturbed during the refurbishment or demolition process.

Asbestos Management

If asbestos materials are identified during a survey, we can provide a full asbestos management service to ensure that the ACMs are safely managed and monitored, reducing the risk of any harm to users of the building. We can also provide training and advice to anyone responsible for managing asbestos in a workplace.

Asbestos Removal

We can deliver a comprehensive asbestos removal service for clients who require the safe and complete removal of any ACMs from their premises. Our highly trained and experienced staff will ensure that all asbestos materials are removed safely and effectively, and disposed of in accordance with current regulations.
